Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial client assessments and develop care plans
  • Deliver high‑quality nursing care aligned with individual needs
  • Provide support across wound care, palliative care, medication management, and chronic disease care
  • Coordinate care and manage client caseloads
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Liaise with external providers and support networks


Key Skills / Qualifications Required

  • Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Strong clinical skills in community or aged care settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Current Queensland driver’s licence
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current National Police Check
  • Strong computer and mobile device skills




Salary & Bonus Benefits

  • $47.28 – $55.99 per hour (dependent on experience)
